How can I place an order?To order online, click the 'Add to Cart' button next to the resource(s) you would like to order. Once finished, click the basket icon (at the top of the page) to review your selection before following the steps to complete your order. You can also order by emailing us on info@exammentor.co.uk. Orders made by email can be paid by bank transfer, BACS or cheque.

Can I preview the resources before I buy them?There is the opportunity to sample a few pages from each resource by visiting its product page and using the arrows found at the right of the cover image. If you would like a full sample copy of any of the resources, then please email a customer representative at info@exammentor.co.uk who will happily deal with your request.

What is meant by a school licence?A school licence permits academic instiutions to make the resource available to all parents, staff and students belonging to that institution. The resource may be distributed in either digital or print form and can also be shared via a secure online platform such as a virtual learning platform. This licence does not grant permission for the resource to be shared via a public online platform such as a school website. The resource may not be distributed to other institutions including institutions that may belong to the same academy. In these instances, a separate school licence should be purchased.

How do I pay by Bacs?If you would like to make payment by Bacs then please email info@exammentor.co.uk with details of the product(s) you wish to order. How do I receive the resources once I've paid?Once payment has been made, resource(s) will be ready for download. Follow the instructions on the screen to download your resource(s). We will also send you an email with the download link, which can be used for up to 30 days after the payment has been made. More information about the size and format of the download can be found on the resource's product page under 'Important information.'

How can I be kept informed about any new resources?Subscribe to our mailing list for lots of fantastic updates and resources, which may be of interest to you. You can subscribe by entering your email into the subscription box found at the bottom of the website page you are on, or by emailing us on info@exammentor.co.uk

What is your refund and return policy?As the majority of our resources are digital and acess to download is immediate, we do not normally offer any refunds. All of our resources can be previewed via our website and a full sample copy can be requested by contacting a member of our customer support team on info@exammentor.co.uk. Please read the product description carefully prior to purchase. If you have any problems or questions regarding your purchase please email us on info@exammentor.co.uk and we will be happy to look into this further.
